How can i withdraw funds from my Swiss Global Pro account?
Avoid delays in receiving your funds by ensuring that all your documentation is correct, up to date, and confirmed before you submit your withdrawal request. Every time you use a new payment method you will need to verify it, but once you have done this you will not need to verify that particular card in order to make a withdrawal again.

The stages of verification include:
Proof of id – photo identification, including passport, driver’s license, or any other form of government issued identity card.
Proof of residence – confirm that you are resident in a country accepted by Swiss Global Pro, with the following documents: bank or credit card statement, recent utility bill, (water, electricity or telephone bill). Complete assessment of appropriateness – one of the sections of the verification process, make sure  hat all your answers are correct and up to date.

Verify your payment method – if you are using a credit card, please send a picture of both sides of your credit card, displaying the last four digits of your credit card only.
Once your account is verified, ensure you are logged in to your account before accessing the banking page, and then the withdrawals section.

Follow these steps to withdraw money:
Fill in the required information; including your desired withdrawal amount.
Click send. If after business hours, we will begin processing your request the next business day. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00-18:00.
Receiving your funds is also dependent on your bank’s business hours and aml procedures.

What payment methods can I use for withdrawing funds?
Withdrawals can be made to your credit card, through a wire transfer, or selected online payment systems. For your security, the first time you use any new payment system you will need to follow all the stages of our verification system as outlined above. Any payments you request will not be made until all documents are received.

How much am I charged for each withdrawal?
Withdrawal charges vary with the type of account you have.
For Platinum and VIP account holders every withdrawal is free. Gold account members can make one withdrawal for free each month. Classic account holders can make one withdrawal for free, with charges each time you withdraw from then on.
Credit card: 3.5%
Debit card: 3.5%
Wire transfers: $30, €25, £20
Some banks may also make an additional charge on each transaction.

Are there certain hours for making withdrawal requests?
A withdrawal request can be made at any time through Requests are only processed once all required documentation is verified and at the start of the next business day. We aim to complete all withdrawals as quickly as possible but your bank’s business hours and aml procedures also affect the withdrawal process. See above for our business hours.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
There is no minimum amount for withdrawals made to credit cards or bank accounts.
However minimum limits apply for withdrawals made by wire transfer: $100, €100, £80, ¥10,000 (jpy), 700 (cny), 7,000 (rub).
Is there a maximum withdrawal amount?
Withdrawals are capped at the available funds in your account at the time of the request. This figure will not include any funds currently invested in open trades.
How long does it take to get my money?
We aim to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. However, there may be circumstances, such as the bank’s business hours and aml  rocedures that makes the process take longer. You can read about them at the top of this page. in order to avoid delays, please ensure that all verification documentation is up to date before you make your request.

In order to fulfill its commitment to provide full assistance to government combating against such illegal financial transactions, Swiss Global Pro has developed technologically advanced and reliable electronic system which verifies its client identification and is able to store the detailed record of all previous financial transactions.
Swiss Global Pro is obliged to report suspicious transactions. by misusing the service you may face criminal prosecution as we are bound to automatically report such behavior to the authorities.
One of the main measures to discourage money laundering and related illegal activities, Swiss Global Pro doesn’t accept cash transaction whether you are intended to deposit or withdraw the fund. The company reserves the right to suspend or refuse to process a transaction at any stage, where it believes the transaction to be connected in any way to money laundering or criminal activity. In accordance with international law the company is not obliged to inform the client that it has reported to the corresponding bodies of the client’s suspicious activity.
Compliance regime
Swiss Global Pro has set up a compliance regime in order to fulfill its formal legal requirement. It comprises the appointment of compliance officer, policy making, and regular review of their implementation.
Swiss Global Pro is also committed to regularly update its electronic system for inspection of suspicious transactions and for verification of client identification records, in accordance with any new regulations as they are promulgated, as well as providing training for its employees on enhancements to anti-money laundering procedures that may be required by new regulations.

Additional disclosure deposits and withdrawals
In the event of money deposits the sender name must match the name of customer present in Swiss Global Pro records. No third party transfers are allowed in this case. Additionally, Swiss Global Pro will not accept third party checks and/or an endorsed employer’s check unless approved by management.
Similarly in case of money withdrawal recipient name must match the name of account holder who is withdrawing money. If money is withdrawn via wire transfer, it can be done only to the same bank and the same account name from where money was deposited. If money is withdrawn via online payment system, it can be done only to the same account/e-wallet from where it was deposited.
